Big M Vending Terms/Sales Policy

Order & Delivery
All sales are final and orders are processed when they are placed. Delivery is contingent upon whether items are in stock. Typically, items are shipped within 2 days. Depending upon the weight and shipping method, items should arrive within 2 business weeks.

Because Big M Vending works with manufacturers located throughout the United States, shipping costs will vary and are not included in the price of the products. After your order has been place, the exact cost for shipping a product will be calculated using your zip code and E-mailed to you.

Big M Vending uses two means to deliver goods: parcel post and freight delivery. Goods weighing under 75 lbs. are shipped via parcel post. Items weighing above 75 lbs. are transported via freight.

Parcel Post Orders that weigh below 75 lbs. are shipped via USPS or UPS. Here are some typical costs:
10 lbs. = $10
20 lbs. = $15
30 lbs. = $25
40 lbs. = $35
50 lbs. = $45
60 lbs. = $55
75 lbs. = $50

Freight Delivery
All orders over 75 lbs. are shipped via freight carrier. A 250 lbs machine typically costs $150 to deliver east of the Mississippi River. To deliver this machine to the West Coast would cost around $500.

Inspection of Goods
While unlikely, sometimes items are damaged in transit. Big M Vending asks all customers to carefully inspect the package before the delivery person leaves. If you find any significant damage, call us immediately and DO NOT allow the delivery person to leave before you have spoken with a representative from Big M Vending.

Big M Vending will NOT honor any claim that goods are damaged after the delivery person has left the delivery location.

Notification of Changes
If we decide to change our sales policy, we will date and post those changes to this terms statement so our users are always aware of our sales policies.
